Instrument Repair

Facilities and information

Identifying Your Instrument

ALL personal instruments should have the name of the student marked CLEARLY on the outside of the case.  You are also encouraged to have "Hilliard Davidson" on the tag.  Parents should record the make, model number and serial number and keep it with your important documents.

How long do repairs take?

Most repairs will take one week from the pick up day for the return of the instrument.  Most of the repair facilities require authorization for more expensive work.  If they cannot get a hold of a parent for authorization, the repair will be delayed.
