Students – Cookie Patrol, FLUTES;  Students are asked to bring one dozen cookies once during the season.  We share the cookies with our visiting band during third quarter.  This week, FLUTES please bring cookies for cookie patrol.  Place them on the table outside the band office when you arrive. 

 

Students – Third Quarter; Bring $$ if you wish to hit the concession stand.  We will have cookies and punch for you.  Remain in uniform; you may leave hats and gloves off.

 

Students – Band Seating;   We sit in sections during the first half.  If all goes well, you may sit where you like 4^th quarter. 

 

Students – Tag Day; Tag day is treated as a performance – yes it is required.  If you cannot attend, please bring a note ASAP.  We have team sign ups on the percussion doors.  You have until Friday to sign up, or you will be assigned to a team.

 

Parents – Tag Day; I believe Mrs. Elliott is still looking for some drivers for Tag Day.  PLEASE consider driving for this fund raiser.  Our kids are not permitted to drive so we REALLY need parents.  Please contact her if you have not yet volunteered.  Thanks

 

Everyone – First Contest; I have schedule us to attend the Logan Elm event on September 18.  It is an evening show, but plan on an afternoon rehearsal before we depart.

 

Everyone – Hilliard Invitational; There are 15 bands performing at the Hilliard Invitational on September 25.  Our performance time will be around 7:30.  It is looking like a great line up of bands.  More info next week.
